an exhibition and a book
These photographs are a result of many magazine articles and ten books for The People Working Series Robert devised, wrote in partnership with the writer Sarah Cox, and photographed. Earlier exhibitions from these pictures were shown at the Photographer’s Gallery, the Hayward Gallery and the Side Gallery in Newcastle. The series were the first UK published books to receive the Non-Sexist, Non-Racist Publishing Award.
Some of these photographs are now part of the HOME Exhibition, which has been shown in four galleries in Southwest of England and is available to be shown.
